I am a young father of two children and discovered my passion for pastry at the age of eighteen. That passion quickly grew into a true calling.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with two of Belgium’s most renowned pastry chefs. At Ducobu, I developed a keen sense of precision and quality. Today, I work at Saint-Aulaye, where I refine my skills every day and strive to convey my love for the craft in every creation.
Because I always want to learn and keep challenging myself, I regularly take part in competitions and attend training courses in France and Spain. This way, I continue to reinvent myself, always aiming to become better at what I do.
