At 36 years old, Johanna has been working in the pastry industry for more than ten years. After studying abroad at the Instituto Mausi Sebess in Buenos Aires and training under renowned pastry chefs such as Paco Torreblanca, Daniel Uria, Josep María Rodríguez, and Daniel Álvarez, she decided in 2011 to open her own pastry shop, Twins Bakery, in Asunción alongside her twin sister. There, she also provides catering services, regularly managing large-scale production while maintaining high standards within tight deadlines.
