Roxana Flores graduated from the Culinary Institute of Mexico, where she specialized in pastry and chocolate arts. She later joined the Mexican National Culinary Team and competed at the 2020 IKA Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, one of the world's most prestigious international culinary competitions, marking a significant milestone in her career. Building on this experience, she now runs her own business, Amyra Atelier, dedicated to pastry and bakery arts. Through her work, she promotes an artisanal approach centered on technical precision, creativity, and the celebration of craftsmanship.
