Originally from Piura, Juan Carlos Lopez Guerrero began his culinary training at the age of 17 in Lima. At 21, he started working in pastry shops and specialized food industry companies. After studying at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, he continued his education in France at École Lenôtre, where he earned a Master's degree in Pastry Arts. Today, he runs his online pastry school, El Dulce Hecho Arte, and dedicates his career to teaching and international pastry consulting.
