Thaïs Jarufe Barrantes is the Pastry Chef at Alambique Biondi restaurant in San Isidro. A graduate with honors from Le Cordon Bleu, she has built her career around technical excellence and contemporary pastry arts. She also competed in the international SIGEP competition in 2024, further strengthening her experience in high-level competitive and professional environments.
