Paraguay, located in the heart of South America, is one of the world's most efficient food producers. Its gastronomy is a cultural blend of dishes and techniques from the Cario Guarani-Spanish fusion, enriched by flavors from immigration. Today, Paraguayan pastry stands out on the international stage with its unique flavors, aromas, and textures.

MOTIVATION & OBJECTIVE

Driven by "Garra Guarani" (Guarani bravery), the team's objective is to win an award at the World Pastry Cup and to position Paraguay as a new gastronomic benchmark in South America. They aim to become a source of national pride and a prestigious global brand

Same team, renewed ambition for Paraguay

The Paraguayan team is participating for the second time in this competition. Due to the limited number of specialized pastry professionals in Paraguay, the country did not hold a national selection for this edition. Therefore, the team has brought back the same candidates as for the previous selection, where they finished 2nd in the continental Americas selection.
