The motto of Belgium has always been "unity is strength", we perpetuate the history to send the talents of today in the pastry of tomorrow.
A new national committee is created under the impulse of Raphael Giot, Jean Philippe Darcis and Patrick Aubrion. With their experience at the Pastry World Cup, they want to offer the necessary support that a competition like this requires.
