CREATIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY AT THE SERVICE OF GOURMET DELIGHTS

Created in 1989, the World Pastry Cup now brings together three teammates (a pastry chef, a chocolatier and an ice cream maker) in each team to take on the various challenges set, in line with current issues. The World Pastry Cup has contributed significantly to the excitement and dynamism that characterises the profession today.

It is the major event for promoting the confectionery trades worldwide. For each of the teams involved, it is a unique opportunity to showcase their talents, techniques and heritage, and to reveal the future great pastry chefs of each nation.

The competition: a pastry revolution

And so pastry rises into the contemporary world. Desserts anchored in memory now blend their emotional resonance with technical mastery, new architectural forms, and sensory expression. Nothing can stop the sweet creators of the 21st century. And as the world keeps turning and moving forward, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie takes on a new dimension.

Universal and global, it is reborn through a fully reimagined identity and competition. Product sourcing, natural flavors, precise craftsmanship, and team spirit come together to deliver an intense, visionary pastry experience.
