Diego Lozano is one of Brazil’s most renowned pastry chefs and entrepreneurs, specializing in fine pastry, chocolate, and viennoiserie. He has played a major role in shaping and promoting Brazilian pastry through a career that combines creativity, education, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Levena Patisserie and the Diego Lozano Pastry School. His professional journey also includes a notable experience as Pastry Chef at D.O.M., the acclaimed restaurant led by Chef Alex Atala, as well as serving as a judge on MasterChef. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, including the title of Pastry Chef of the Year from Folha de São Paulo, and won the Brazilian World Chocolate Masters selections in both 2007 and 2015. He has trained more than 30,000 students in Brazil and around the world.
