Originally from Picardy, Florence dreamed of becoming a chocolatier from a young age. She trained through a BEP, Bac Pro, BTM, and Master’s diploma, showing remarkable determination early on. Vice World Champion at the WorldSkills 2015, she became pastry chef at The Westin Paris-Vendôme in 2018. In 2022, she won the Mondial des Arts Sucrés alongside Alexis Beaufils. Now a pastry consultant, she passionately shares her expertise and pursuit of excellence with the next generation.
