Pastry chef at the Plaza Athénée in Paris since 2021, alongside Angelo Musa and Jean Imbert, Élisabeth Hot has quickly become one of the rising stars of French pastry. Trained by Pierre Hermé and at Ferrandi School, she began her career in exceptional establishments such as the Villa René Lalique and Brasserie Les Haras. She later reunited with Pierre Hermé at the Royal Monceau, before being chosen to lead a 38-person pastry team at the Plaza Athénée. Her creations are elegant, radiant, and bold—infused with the spirit of Haute Couture and the timeless character of the iconic venue.
