A young pastry chef from Rome, born in 1991, he has worked in some of the city’s best pastry shops and trained with renowned international masters. Constantly striving to refine his technique and creativity, he has earned several major awards and national recognitions, eventually representing Italy at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon in 2025
