I am Lennart Landh, originally trained as a pastry chef with deep roots in the Jönköping region of Sweden. My journey in the culinary arts began at a young age, inspired by my parents who ran a bakery in Mullsjö. I earned my journeyman’s certificate as a pastry chef and worked passionately with quality ingredients, learning the craft from the ground up.
Over time, my creative curiosity led me to explore ice sculpting, a natural extension of my work in pastry and presentation. Today, I run Lenn Art Ice Event, creating intricate ice sculptures for clients both in Sweden and internationally. While I have transitioned from traditional pastry to ice art, my work remains guided by the same principles: craftsmanship, creativity, and the desire to evoke emotion and delight through every creation.
