The Philippine Pastry Cup is an event that highlights the country's pastry talents.
The theme for the 2025 national selection is "IT'S ABOUT TIME". This theme encourages candidates to interpret time in its most relevant forms, whether by exploring change, memory, history, or the simple representation of objects like clocks and hourglasses.
The competition is an opportunity for chefs to express their creativity and showcase their skills, by producing one tasting test and one artistic creation to be completed in 6 hours.
