The Vatel Club México Asociación Civil is supporting the Mexican team competing in the continental qualifiers for the World Pastry Cup.
As the organisation responsible for the project, it is sponsoring the team. Through this commitment, the Vatel Club México is working to provide the country’s representatives with the best possible conditions to showcase their talent and represent Mexico on the continental stage.
Mexico prepares for the 2026 Americas Selection
The Mexican national selection took place on 26 June 2025 in Mexico City, where the competing teams were given several hours to create a full buffet, comprising three artistic sculptures — made from ice, chocolate and sugar — as well as a frozen dessert.
At the end of this demanding challenge, Team Vainilla stood out for the technical skill and creativity of their creations, thereby securing their place in the continental rounds.
