NATIONAL SECLECTION Canada Selection of the Pastry World Cup

Canada makes its comeback to the Pastry World Cup

Returning to the competition in 2023 after a 15-year absence, Canada immediately made its mark by ranking among the top 10 nations and winning the Eco-Responsibility Award, thereby demonstrating its expertise, creativity and commitment to sustainable pastry-making.

Today, this momentum continues with a new generation of talent ready to fly the flag for their country. At the heart of this adventure, Chefs Canada organises the national selection process, a decisive stage that determines which experts will represent the country. The candidates, among the best in the country, must combine technical mastery, creativity, rigour and the ability to perform under pressure, whilst embodying the values and influence of Canadian gastronomy around the world.

Driven by an ambitious vision and undiminished passion, the Canadian team continues its rise with a clear objective: to make a lasting mark on the international stage and inspire the next generation of pastry chefs.
