NATIONAL SELECTION Brazil Selection of the Pastry World Cup

The Brazilian pastry scene continue to shine 

Brazilian pastry-making reflects the energy and diversity of a country rich in cultures and flavours. 

Brazil has participated enthusiastically in the early editions of the Pan-American competitions, qualifying each time for the final in Lyon. 
Brazil did not hold a national selection in 2025. However, it was selected on the basis of an application to take part in the 2026 Americas Continental Selection. 

On the road to the 2026 Americas Continental Selection

The following chefs have been selected to represent Brazil at the Americas continental qualifiers for the 2026 World Pastry Cup, to be held in New Orleans on 25 July 2026:

• Chef Renata ARASSIRO – Chocolate 
• Chef Rafael BARROS – Sugar 
• Chef Fabrice LENUD – Jury Member
