graduated from the National University of Food Technologies. I worked as a Head Pastry Chef at the "Volkonsky" confectionery, the "Zaporizhzhia" restaurant, and the "Lisova Pisnia" (Forest Song) café-confectionery. I completed training in Paris at the "Kaiser" confectionery and finished my ice cream studies at CARPIGIANI University in Italy. I also attended master classes given by famous French chefs at the DGF Pastry School. Currently, I am working as a Project Manager in the R&D Department at Silpo-Food LLC.
