Bring together more than 20 teams of young pastry chefs from all over the world, among the most promising of their generation, to create unique desserts and real ephemeral works of art in 10 hours in front of an enthusiastic audience. To decide between them: a jury composed of the most illustrious pastry chefs.

It is at the heart of the Sirha fair in Lyon every two years that the grand final of the World Pastry Cup takes place. During a two-year cycle, numerous national or continental selections are organized throughout the world to reveal the best pastry chefs of their generations.
