The Copa Maya/American Pastry Cup is an international pastry competition taking place every two years. It is the official selective platform for the African teams who will go and compete at the Pastry World Cup in Lyon, France.
ABOUT THE 2020 EDITION
The countries competing to the final 2021 were selected basing on their performances realized during the 2018 edition, because the international health situation could not make it possible to hold the event as usual:

For the first time, Copa Maya becomes American Pastry Cup. The continental selection will gather the best talents of North American and South America.
