ASIAN PASTRY CUP: SEEKING FOR EXCELLENCE

On October 26th, 2022, the Asian Pastry Cup will bring together 6 Asian countries that will have to distinguish themselves to win their place at the Grand Final of the Pastry World Cup at Sirha Lyon. This selection takes place every 2 years in Singapore, off the Malaysian coast.

As a city-state with 63 islands, Singapore is an ideal environment to host this competition. Just like today's pastry industry, it is both a bustling and modern city, leaving room for nature with its lush greenery. The colors blend in this forward-looking garden city, with a strong cultural identity that Singaporeans feed with international influences that they like to welcome and adapt.

This competition aims to select the 3 countries that, by gathering the best pastry chefs of Asia, will be present at the next Final.
This one will take place on January 20th and 21st 2023, during the Sirha Lyon at Eurexpo (France).
