NEWS 2022
Newly introduced during the 2021 Grand Final, the restaurant dessert and its Jury of pastry chefs and cooks integrate the tasting tests of the continental selections!
The candidates will have to make 10 restaurant desserts: the presentation, composition and service will be up to the candidates' choice.
The committee also wanted to highlight the dimension of "finger food" through another new tasting: the ice lolly. Shapes (cone, popsicles, etc.), colors, and composition are freely chosen by the candidates.
