The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is an extremely demanding competition, organized by pastry professionals, the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, which requires a total commitment from the various competitors. Valrhona is very proud to have joined forces with Gabriel Paillasson to organize the first edition in 1989.
Our ambition is to encourage the most talented pastry chefs through this competition whose demand and influence are second to none in the world.
