Sosa Ingredients is the main supplier of technical ingredients for pastry and gastronomy in the world. The company started out in the year 1967 as a family business producing artisan biscuits and traditional Catalan Christmas products. Afterwards, during the 1970s and 1980s, Sosa increased its range with a wide variety of ingredients for ice cream. In the year 2000 the company started with the production of ingredients for gastronomy and pastry with the introduction of nuts. Later on, other products have been included, such as freeze dried fruits, texturizers, natural plant extracts, essential oils and a lot more. Sosa is currently exporting to over 60 countries.
