The Turkish selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie is an event, revealing new pastry talents in Turkey.

During 6 hours, four candidates will fight for a spot in the European round 2018 of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Geneva, Switzerland. A first sourcing.

16 pastry creations will be tasted and marked by the jury according to defined criteria and objectives, technicity, esthetic and of course the taste.

For the sugar category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • two chocolate entremets
  • an artistic sugar piece

For the chocolate category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • eight dessert on a plate including chocolate
  • an artistic chocolate piece
