The Turkish selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie is an event, revealing new pastry talents in Turkey. Presided by Aylin YAZICIOĞLU - Pastry Chef in Nicole Restaurant (Istanbul) - the contest took place last November.

During 6 hours, four candidates fought for a spot in the European round 2016 of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Geneva, Switzerland. A first sourcing has been done during the Battles Istanbul in November 2014.The winner of the Battles: Feray AYDOĞDU has already been selected for the national selection.

16 pastry creations had been tasted and marked by the jury according to defined criteria and objectives, technicity, esthetic and of course the taste.

For the sugar category

  • two chocolate entremets
  • an artistic sugar piece

For the chocolate category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • eight dessert on a plate including chocolate
  • an artistic chocolate piece
