The Russian selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie is an event, revealing new pastry talents in Russia. The contest took place last June, during the “Taste of Moscow” Festival, an international food festival launched in London in 2004

16 pastry creations had been tasted and marked by the jury according to defined criteria and objectives, technicity, esthetic and of course the taste.

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • two chocolate entremets
  • an artistic sugar piece

For the chocolate category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • eight dessert on a plate including chocolate
  • an artistic chocolate piece
