The Brazilian selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie is a new event, revealing new pastry talents in Brazil. The contest took place last October, in Rio de Janeiro

During 6 hours, four candidates fought for a spot in the Latin American round of the contest in Mexico, 2016: the Copa Maya. The team that will represent the continent in the world final in Lyon in 2017 had been announced on that occasion.

16 pastry creations had been tasted and marked by the jury.

For the sugar category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • two chocolate entremets
  • an artistic sugar piece

For the chocolate category

  • two frozen fruits entremets
  • eight dessert on a plate including chocolate
  • an artistic chocolate piece.
