South Korea is a Top 5 country, selected directly for the finale of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. Their national selection took place during the Dessert Show & SIBA. This is the Seoul International Bakery Fair.
Korea Bakery Association arranged the SIBA and the competition. It happened in COEX in Seoul on 25 and 26 October 2017.
We finally have the results of the team which will beat at the finale in Lyon in 2019 during the Sirha!
The winners are:
- Sung Ho LEE for the art of sugar
- Yong Hwan JANG for the art of chocolate
