Istanbul just hosted this Thursday 26th of November 2015 the Turkish selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. After hours of intense tests, two candidates distinguished themselves and won the sugar and chocolate prizes.
Levent AYGUN, Four season hotel Bosphorus Restaurant, for the sugar, and Feray AYDOGDU, Four seasons hotel Aqua Restaurant, for the chocolate, imposed themselves in front of a demanding jury.
Those two winners will be the candidates which represent Turkey. They will be the Turkish team for the Coupe Europe, continental selection for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in January 2016 in Geneva. They will be in competition against 7 other teams in order to compete at the grand finale in Lyon in January 2017.
