The Argentina team, composed of Jorge Luis GARCIA (Sugar) and Mariano Walter ZICHERT (Chocolate) won the title of "Copa Maya Champion" after a high level competition day during Sirha Mexico trade show. Argentina, Mexico (2nd) and Chile (3rd) are qualified for the Finale of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie that will take place during Sirha Lyon in France, from the 22th to the 23th January 2017.
They will be joined by Brazil, who wins a Wild Card.
