La Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie n'est pas uniquement une demonstration de nouvelles techniques ou idees culinaire executee par de talentueux chef patissier venant du monde entier, mais de partager et inspirer nos collegues. Le comite Americain de la Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie croit fermement a ces principes et en participant fait part de la communautee international de patisserie.
