Useful information

The World Pastry Cup is held during the SIRHA, (Salon International de la Restauration, de l'Hôtellerie et de l'Alimentation) the International Hotel and Catering Exhibition, January 24th to 28th 2009 Lyon - EUREXPO. The Sirha is open for professionals from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

The World Pastry Cup will take place on 25th and 26th january 2009, in the “Espace des Chefs”, including the VIP Village and the competition area provided for this purpose (map of the exhibition).

The 22 teams will be spread over two days depending on the draw, available here. The tests will begin at 6.30 am and end at 5.00 pm.
