Pre-selection 2 winners during the fhc on the 3 of Nov 2007, two persons are selected by the best chocolate piece and the best sugar piece, and then start to building up a team and practice for four month. During the Asia pastry cup on 23 of April 2008, the young and talented Chinese team won the third place and going to represent Asia to compete for the final world pastry cup in Lyon on 2009.
