The City of Lyon, partner of the 11th “Bocuse d’Or”

Lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, sponsors the 11th “Bocuse d’Or”, from the 20th to the 24th of January 2007, in the scope of the International Hotel, Catering and Food Trade Exhibition (SIRHA).

Since more than 20 years this international event has gathered the best professionals and the most famous Chefs from all over the world, who create the 21st century catering and launch tomorrow’s trends.

Thanks to its international contests, as the “Bocuse d’Or”, the SIRHA contributes to our metropolis’ influence in the fields of gastronomy, arts of cooking, hotel industry and catering. 

In the heart of the Rhone-Alpes region, France’s first tourist destination and a major European food-processing area, Lyon is proud to welcome this new edition of the contest “Bocuse d’Or”, a real showcase of the gastronomy excellence!
